When will my brownies and bronuts arrive ?


All Soulvegan's vegan bakes are handmade to order. Please allow 2/3 working days (Monday - Thursday for your order to be dispatched, once dispatched we use tracked Royal Mail 1st class signed for ( taking 1-2 days ) which requires a signature, so there will need to be somebody in to receive. This service helps us track and locate items dispatched with a signature. Special Delivery - if you need your delivery to arrive on a specific day (ONLY Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday) you must choose special delivery at checkout and pay an additional £4.00, which requires a signature, so there will need to be somebody in to receive. Please note that without this we cannot guarantee your chosen delivery day. Next Day delivery - order before 11am the day before (ONLY Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday) and pay an additional £4.00, which requires a signature, so there will need to be somebody in to receive. We do not deliver on Saturday/Sunday/Monday or Bank Holiday Monday's If you have any further questions regarding deliveries please send your email to emma@soulvegan.co.uk Why don't you post on a weekends ? We post on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday, this is to ensure that your cakes are beautifully fresh and delicious when they arrive with you. Cakes posted on Fridays or over the weekend can end up stuck in sorting offices over Sunday which causes a delay in delivery to you and could impair the quality of the cakes.




How long will my brownies and bronuts stay fresh?


Soulvegan brownies and bronuts are baked fresh to order, and do not contain any added preservatives, so you are encouraged to enjoy them as soon as you receive them. If you can resist devouring them immediately, we suggest that you store in an airtight container at room temperature, best eaten with 5/7 days. Can I freeze my order? Our products can be frozen up to 4 months, however this will affect their quality and freshness.




Recycle Packaging


All cakes and treats are securely boxed, to ensure the safest transit. Soulvegan are an ethically run business, and all packaging is made from recyclable and biodegradable material.




Can i get a refund?


As our sold goods are perishable, Soulvegan do not offer refunds. Once posted items are sent, it is your responsibility to be available for delivery. All our items are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for, this allows us to track and locate with a signature, if however the items are lost or does not arrive within 7 days, or damaged during their journey, we will replace or refund.You will receive your refund within 3 working days. We reserve the right at anytime to cancel and refund your order. If you would like to cancel your subscription please contact emma@soulvegan.co.uk




Do you post celebration cakes ?


No, Soulvegan do not offer a postal service, we do however deliver to the Cheshire area, *additional charge*




When should I order my celebration cake ?


We ask for two weeks notice (depending how busy we are ) and we ask that you email us before booking your cake through our wensite to make sure we have availablity. Our celebration cakes are ONLY for Cheshire delivery only.




Do you cater for those with allergies ?


Soulvegan does not consider itself a 'free-from' bakery. All our products are vegan, and produced in a vegan environment, so there are no animal products or animal-derived ingredients whatsoever. All our bakes including toppings are gluten free Allergens advise: not suitable for customers with an allergy to nuts, peanuts, soya, and seasame seeds due to manufactoring methods, as we cannot be 100% sure there maybe be no traces or cross contamination. Do you cater for those with nut allergies ?


Our products are made without using nuts and just added as a topping when required, however we do not advise a person with any nut allergies to consume our bakes, as nuts are used in The Soulvegan kitchen and there is always a slight chance of nut contamination.




Can I return my purchase ?


As our products are persishable we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see "refunds" above and if you have a complaint or issue, contact emma@soulvegan.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.





Do you have the nutrional information on your bakes ?


Our Nutritional Information is as follows: What flours do you use? We use Doves Farm which is unbleached and free from GM ingredients. What sweetener do you use? We sweeten our bakes using a mixture of date syrup, coconut blossom sugar and organic agave. You can find this information on each product ingredient list. Are your bakes suitable for someone who is diabetic? Please check before purchasing with the individual that the sweeter is suitable for them. What should I do if my dietary needs are not met on our current product list? Please contact us with any specific requests and if possible we can subsituate to meet your dietry needs. * Additional charge may apply* emma@soulvegan.co.uk Could you make me a cake using dairy and eggs? No, not only does our kitchen not hold any derived animal ingredients, but vegan bakes taste much better.




Can I choose my own brownie or bronut flavours?


This is not available, we ask that you choose from collections one line




Can I cancel my order?


only if you cancel within 24hrs of placing your order.
